Help start a partner project

StoveTeam works with foundations, non-profit organizations, and Rotary Clubs to assist communities throughout Central America with the production and placement of fuel-efficient cookstoves. StoveTeam has used funding from foundations and Rotary matching grants for these endeavors. StoveTeam is currently located in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua.

We would love to discuss your project idea with you. Please keep in mind that we only consider new projects that would result in the placement of at least 100 stoves.

Please reach out to alex@stoveteam.org and include the information below,

  1. Location of Project

  2. Quantity of Stoves

  3. Is there funding located for this project? What contributions could be made? If so, what is the funding type? (Rotary, NGO, municipal)

  4. Stakeholders and Partners - to ensure correct adoption and execution of the project

Each project is a bit different due to logistics based on geography and need, but we will review your responses to better serve you.

Looking to build a Justa Stove or start a project outside of StoveTeam’s focus area?

Open-fire cooking is a global issue and the need for stoves is widespread. StoveTeam’s mission is specific to Central America and their stoves are designed to fit the needs of families in Central America. Our programs are focused in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. We are happy to recommend organizations working outside these regions, including Honduras and Mexico and share information on how to build your own fuel-efficient cookstoves, similar to our Justa model.
