Explore the beauty and culture of Central America while also learning about a global issue that billions of people face everyday while preparing their daily meals. The lessons focus on the global problem of open-fire cooking and the work of StoveTeam International, an organization that has changed the lives of over half a million people by improving access to fuel-efficient cookstoves in rural communities of Central America.
